We are a not-for-profit community interest company, passionate about connecting people of all ages and backgrounds to the incredible wildlife found around our coastline.

We have two thriving teams of friendly rock pool wildlife loving people of all ages based in Falmouth and Plymouth. At both locations our volunteers play a huge role in our organisation.

Current opportunities

Big Rock Pool Challenge Event Volunteers

Location: Castle Beach, Falmouth and Mount Batten Beach, Plymouth

Dates & Times: Once per month, always on a Saturday. Exact days and times vary due to the tides. Events last approx. four hours for volunteers.

Details: Volunteering to support a monthly Big Rock Pool Challenge event offers the opportunity to actively contribute to marine conservation, engage with your local community, gain hands-on experience in environmental education, and help inspire others to connect with and protect marine wildlife.

Each event has a variety of volunteer roles, and you do not need to have any previous wildlife experience to get involved.
